Keep Muscles Loose
Condition Your Skin
Greyhound Juice helps you warm up efficiently, especially on cold days.  Apply
Greyhound Juice to your muscles approximately 30 minutes before exertion.  The
warming sensation will loosen what's tight and cold.
Have you ever stood at the start line in your shorts or swimsuit wondering why you
bothered to warm up as your muscles start to cool down?  Greyhound Juice can
keep the warmth in, and the natural beeswax in the formula cuts the wind.
Exercising can lead to sore muscles.  Greyhound Juice can keep those areas warm
and loose.  Try some on your lower back before a long bike ride, or on your
shoulders before a triathlon.
The shea butter, frankincense, and olive oil in the Original Formula help keep your
skin soft, especially important for those who shave but do not use lotion or other
skin conditioners.
Usage Tips
Ingredients:
Greyhound Juice contains some or all of the following: olive oil, shea butter, soy
wax, and essential oils (ginger, lavender, marjoram, clove bud, cinnamon leaf,
cajeput, rosewood, eucalyptus, spearmint, rosemary, capsicum oleoresin, and
frankincense).
Caution:
Greyhound Juice is a natural product that uses the finest essential oils.  Some of these oils may cause skin
irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals.  Those with certain medical conditions may be more
sensitive to these oils than others.  If in doubt, consult your doctor before using Greyhound Juice.
Biking or running your daily commute is a great way to stay in shape, but you often
have to carry heavy clothes and supplies.  Keep your back comfortable with
Greyhound Juice.

Warming Salves
Sirikit's Experience
I had never used a warming
salve before, but Greg raved
about it so I gave it a try before
a cold, wet training ride.

The warming sensation was
nice, but I was really sold after
the workout.

I had just finished the hill
portion, and was chatting with
my friends at a rest stop
before riding home. After
catching up I was reluctant to
climb back on my bike,
anticipating stiff and tight
muscles.

To my surprise the warming
sensation continued while I
was stopped and my legs
were actually limber, making
my ride home relatively easy.
Now if I could just get
Greyhound Juice to provide
me with the energy necessary
to get home!

Greyhound Juice - After Shave and Body Lotion
Greyhound Juice - Anti-Friction Creams
Condition Your Skin
The shea butter based lotion is combined with frankincense and other essential oils to
help keep your skin soft.  There is a slight astringent property to the oils to help close
pores after shaving and to help prevent ingrown hairs.  Ideally, the lotion should be put
on after showering and shaving, but may also be used after time in the sun or wind.
Ingredients:
Greyhound Juice Lotions contain some or all of the following: shea butter lotion,
distilled water, and essential oils (cajeput, eucalyptus, peppermint, wintergreen,
hyssop, and frankincense).
Protect Your Skin
Cyclists, runners, backpackers, and active people in general submit their bodies to a
lot, including friction from clothing and skin.  Our anti-friction creams are designed to
prevent damage from this friction.  A shea butter cream is combined with essential oils
to provide a natural lubricant with mild-antibacterial properties.  Some people have
had great success with this cream and find it superior to other chamois/anti-friction
creams.  Best applied directly to the skin.  Try putting it on after showering and it may
help speed the healing of any micro-abrasions.
Ingredients:
Greyhound Juice Creams contain some or all of the following: shea butter cream and
essential oils (lavender, niaouli, pine, clary sage, spearmint, and frankincense).
Applying the Salve
Each person will have different preferences for the salves.  Generally, most people
use the salves:
Warm Weather Salve -- 50 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit
Original Formula Salve -- 40 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit
Super Strength Salve -- below 40 degrees Fahrenheit

Avoid putting the salve on sensitive areas!  We recommend putting your shorts on
first and rolling up the legs to apply the salve.  This keeps you from accidentally
getting the salve on sensitive areas.

We recommend washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water after using
Greyhound Juice.  Treat your hands as if you have handled hot peppers; minimize or
avoid contact with your eyes, contact lenses, and other
sensitive areas.

Tip--After your workout with Greyhound Juice Warming Salves, try  Greyhound Juice
Aftershave and Body Lotion
before showering to help reduce sensitivity to hot water
and "turn off" the warming effect.
